Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn and unused.
• The item is in its original condition.
• All tags remain attached.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items
• Altered garments
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us before returning the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs and your order number so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
